The Tax area of Payroll is responsible for:

• The FICA (Social Security) eligibility audit.
• Preparing/distributing the annual Federal, State and City employee earnings statements (Form W-2 and 1042S).
• Processing Tax Treaty Forms.
• Processing Federal and State Form W-4.
• Remittances for Federal, State, and City taxes.
• Tax adjustments.
