Office of Contract Administration

The Office of Contract Administration is responsible for reviewing and signing contracts and grants associated with sponsored projects, and preparing and administering subcontracts. More specifically, the office performs the following functions:

  • Review and sign on behalf of the university contracts, grants, and amendments for externally funded sponsored projects ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations as well as university policies.
  • Prepare subcontracts and amendments related to sponsored projects ensuring proper flow down of sponsor requirements.
  • Review and process subcontractor invoices for payment.
