2017 Strategic Initiatives

  1. Create and deliver courses for research administrators
  2. Conduct due diligence on--and support--the Metro Health and Michigan Medicine affiliation with ITS and UHR
  3. Support U-M-wide Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiative with local efforts
  4. Implement new provisions of FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act) in conjunction with UHR
  5. Develop action plans based on 2016 B&F Employee Satisfaction Survey results
  6. Finalize objectives for supplier self-service portal and assess potential solutions
  7. Support efforts to launch revamped model for B&F Customer Satisfaction Survey
