An electronic version of your University of Michigan 2009 Form W-2 will be available 01/08/10 via Wolverine Access (two weeks earlier than the mailed hardcopy).

Note to biweekly-paid employees: Your 2009 Form W-2 reflects 27 paychecks. You will receive 26 paychecks in 2010.

Before January 25, 2010, please go to Wolverine Access and consent to the electronic version of your 2009 Form W-2. You will help reduce the cost and energy associated with large-scale printing and mailing.

You can print it now, or return to Wolverine Access to print it later. The agreement to accept an electronic copy of your Form W-2 is applicable to the 2009 calendar year only.

If you wait for the mailed copy of your 2009 Form W-2, go to Wolverine Access now to verify your current address information.
Hardcopy Form W-2s will be mailed the week of January 25, 2010.
