Property Control is responsible for the tracking, tagging and inventory of all capital equipment with title vested to the university with a dollar value of $5,000 and above.  The office is also responsible for the tracking, tagging and inventory of all government owned equipment with a dollar value set by the government agencies and as required by OMB circular A21.
